IN NO EVENT SHALL AAA  AND  AAA NORTHWEST OHIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE INFORMATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
