You know AAA. To millions of motorists it means peace-of-mind protection on streets and highways all over the world. Now AAA brings protection values home with Homeowners Insurance. AAA Northwest Ohio has been providing quality property and casualty protection since 1957.

To see just how affordable quality homeowners insurance can be, Request a quote today. We'll give you a no-obligation quote that you can compare to your present coverage. We think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Start with your existing policy

Although our Request a quote is very simple, you may want to refer to your existing policy for some of the information needed to complete the form. Your existing policy will have your present policy's expiration date along with your current coverages and deductibles. Keep in mind, ongoing inflation makes it impossible to replace your home for the same price you paid for it five, ten or twenty years ago. Your present policy may not take this into account and may only pay a fixed amount - the sum that you originally insured your property for, which may fall far below its present value.

Replacement Cost Insurance, which keeps your coverage current, takes into account the actual cost to replace your home today. If your home is damaged or destroyed, this coverage pays you as much as you need to repair or rebuild it at today's cost, not yesterday's.

Replacement cost coverage is important for your home's contents as well. If, for example, you have a kitchen fire and your ten-year-old refrigerator is destroyed, a standard homeowners policy, paying on the basis of actual cash value, will provide very little reimbursement for this loss. AAA Insurance can provide you with replacement cost coverage on your home's contents.

Personal Umbrella Liability Protection

Your regular homeowners and automobile insurance policies protect you against losses from many ordinary risks. But what about those freak accidents and other unexpected occurrences; those things that "probably will never happen" but too often do?

For example, what if you kill someone in an automobile mishap and you're at fault? What if a visitor falls on your steps and becomes disabled for life? Will your regular home and auto insurance limits be enough?

The answer is personal umbrella liability insurance. This coverage takes up where your standard homeowners and automobile insurance policies leave off. It can provide up to
$1 million in protection for the kinds of personal injury jury verdicts that have become all too commonplace today.

Yet the price of personal umbrella liability insurance is remarkable modest. It's a small price to pay for protection that could save you from losing everything.
