Q. How do I add my membership number to my online account to get members-only access?

A. You can add your membership information to your MyAAA account by logging in here and updating your account information.

Q. How do I reset my MyAAA password?

A. Go to this link and carefully follow the instructions.


Q. How can I find local and national gas prices?

A. Simply follow this link and enter the zip code for the area you would like to find gas prices in.


Q. How do I get a replacement card?

A. You can contact our Membership Department for a new card. You may also print a temp. card.


Q. Does AAA offer service for passport photos?

A. Yes we do. You can find more information here.


Q. How do I make an Online payment?

A. You may renew your account here by logging in to our secure site with your membership number and zip code.


Q. What is my AAA Member number?

A. Your Membership number is a 16 digit number found on the front of your AAA Membership card. Click here to see an example highlighted in yellow.


Q. What is the difference between the membership levels?

A. You can find a comparison of the different membership levels here, or by contacting our Membership Department.


Q. Where I can change our mailing address?

A. You may change your information here by logging in to our secure site with your membership number and zip code.


Q. I have moved to Northwest Ohio, how do I transfer my membership from another state?

A. Please contact our Membership Department to make these changes.


Q. How do I add additional people to my AAA membership?

A. You may add associates or upgrade your membership level here by logging in to our secure site with your membership number and zip code. You may also contact our Membership Department.


Q. What is the difference between Trip Guard and Trip Interruption?

A. Trip Guard is for Classic and Plus members. It covers emergency expenses related to an accident only that interrupts their trip and leaves them stranded 100 or more miles from home. This coverage is handled through AAA Northwest Ohio and any inquiries can be sent to Member Relations. The reimbursement is up to $300 for Classic members and up to $600 for Plus members. See page 5 of the Member Benefits Guide for details.

Trip Interruption is for Premier members only. It covers emergency expenses related to an accident, mechanical breakdown, car theft, unexpected illness or injury, natural disasters or severe weather and leaves them stranded 100 or more miles from home. This coverage is through Access America (World Access) and all inquiries should be directed to the Premier hotline at: (800) 390-1431.
